I really like how D3 and MK are represented here. In the canon, Meta Knight is a loyal servant to Dedede, even if that bond must be severed sometimes to protect Dream Land/Pop Star. Sure MK is a very "all by myself" kind of guy but the two of them working together isn't new. Meta Knight has been following Dedede's orders all the way since Nightmare in Dream Land. What's different here is that they don't just work together, they FIGHT together. And the cutscene where they share the Tomato really shows the bond they have always had as partners.
They are the most "buddies" buddies can get in the Kirby franchise.

OH COMEON! Can’t their at least be some happy ending! Like, instead of Meta Knight helping Dedede up when he trips, a spike appears and kills the king.
I’m kidding! It should’ve ended off with Meta Knight landing on the ground, walking along side the king, till the camera zooms out showing Kirby and their buddy sitting under the shade of a tree, having a picnic. Dedede, looking at Kirby and their buddy, grips his fist, until Kirby looks behind him and sees the king and the Knight, and beckons them to join him and the buddy, holding out some sandwiches. Dedede and Meta look at each other, smile, and walk on over, as the scene darkens out.

I am glad the Rivalry between Kirby and his former enemies will never cease, even if this one went a lil far, then again, It's not the first time the King's tried this before.
It would've been hilarious if the True Final Fight was Masked Dedede and Unmasked Dedede, to show each other fighting in each others element, cementing their now heavily increased bond.
A short and sweet enough game with good moments for the characters involved.

1. magolor's charges take longer

Honestly it should’ve been them. Passing this shit off as just being their alternate universe counterparts makes it actually work. Meta Knight and Dedede have long been bros with Kirby, even with Revenge of the King establishing a solid end to Kirby and Dedede’s rivalry. Meta Knight has always been on the side of good, even if you fight him as a boss, so all of this is just out of character at this point. Damn I just made a rant over some non-canon spinoff.

In the description, every Dedede and Meta Knight battle listed refers to them as imposters. But that’s only true for the first fight. The rest of the time, it’s the real deal.

I hope they can make an update in the game for more characters and for more bosses and for more places to battle at

There is no relevant plot that’s actually faithful to these characters and their arcs. By this point, Dedede has been trying to clean up his act ever since his original game and has ended his grudge with Kirby in revenge of the king. This is out of character at this point, even if he’s still the lovable asshole kind of friend

Man, I really do hope the other characters in star allies come to this game as updates. Would be wasted potential if they didnt.

Here Is What They Should've Done
You Unlock Meta Knight AND Dedede after chapter 4
and you unlock the stage of partners in final chapter ALONG WITH the waning masked dedede and waxing masked meta knight so it would give a greater inscentive to get the cool masks
Honestly would've preferred that. The normal final boss was hard enough! I don't wanna go through a ridiculous challenge just to get Dedede!
@@ethnictendo it's easy, go for health, healing after battle and power. Then use the cursed ring to half your health and double your attack, and you won't even lose. You should go after the health upgrades after the power ring. Alsoas soon as you see the item to make your partner smarter, use it. If you are doing it co op just pick the one that makes 1 more item to appear, so you can select between 4
Shadow Kirby: Born from the mirrored reflection of Kirby's innocent pure soul.
Listen, listen...In Amazing Mirror, all he did was stand there, jump, or just run away. He was Kirby, but without courage. Even in the final fight he just ran in, threw the sword, then ran away. And now he's FIGHTING with KIRBY? HOW AND WHY? There was no direct threat to the Mirror world that he had to fight...I think, I say that lightly because he does gain Confidence in the end of Amazing Mirror from seeing what regular Kirby does, so WHY would he wanna attack Kirby?
It's confirmed in one of his descriptions that Shadow Kirby sees the fight as a prank of some sort. Another reason is likely to test Kirby and himself.

this game is very fun. still stuck on chapter 5. died on floor 45 by shadow kirby. my team did not do enough damage so the timer ran out and i was on my last life. lol gonna have to wait for my friend to come by. best way is to have a humen player. it will make things a lot easyer. i know this can be done solo but it will just be very hard or you have to be really skilled. im only a casral so a humen player is needed for me. this game is very fun tho. like that you have to think and what items to go with. reason why i also died at floor 45 is because i did not have a enough attack power. rng was giveing me bad luck. i would say 800 0r more attack is needed if your gonna do it solo and lot of health to like 800 or more.
