In fact, it kind of looks like Kirby's covering his mouth when he possesses an enemy. There's (what I'm assuming is) one of the hands over where the small dot (representing the mouth) is!
Actually no if Hal did this souly as a concept they have no excuse to not bring it back eventually since planet robobot brought back mirror and jet and only robo bot plus they had some ideas what with then putting this in the. Copy ability poll

I don't think he feels pain he's in the vessel but the only thing getting hurt us the body he doesn't get hurt when controlling them at all not even a little
This ability was pretty limited in Squeak Squad, but it was fun to use. I really liked it. And oh my god, they reused the blue item boxes from Kirby Air Ride. I never thought I'd see HAL pull anything from that game ever again. It's a small thing, but it makes me happy.
I remember in kirby Squeak Squad the ghost ability was my favourite, and i remember a horrible glitch that if i remember correctly happens when you turn off the device in the menu screen. It deletes all your files completely, this happened like 4 times to me and i had to get the ghost ability 4 times or more.
Man I wish the 2d kirbys were better at letting floating abilities (ghost and UFO, if I remember correctly) go down ladders. Since they couldn't climb down or pass through the semi platforms, if you came across one with no other way to continue you had to give up the ability and it sucked :/
