In 1965, India was gripped by a famine. The then prime minister went to the USA asking for help, the USA newspaper headlines read “India comes to the US with a begging bowl” India at the time had $15bn in today’s money in the bank, a relatively poor nation asking for help. The US wasn’t interested, the Western world wasn’t interested, many of my ancestors went to bed hungry and many died from starvation. Today India is the largest producer of grain with $600 billion in foreign currency. We Indians will do what is best for our nation, we haven’t forgotten about those that didn’t help us in our hour of need. We have not forgotten those that have treated us as 3rd class citizens & still treat us as 3rd class citizens. White is not right!! European problems are not the world’s problems. India will soon become the 2nd largest economy in the world and with a larger population than china, probably the largest economy in the world by the end of the century. Those that treated us as animals & continue to look down upon us had better run and hide when this happens. We Indians have not forgotten. We Indians will never be slaves again. ❤ 🇮🇳

Sitting on the fence and playing both sides when the sharks are in the pond and isolating yourselves in this world is not a smart move India, India needs partnerships and friends in the world just like any other nation despite it's size and population, maybe the West should stop moving it's manufacturing to India from China in favour of other countries, and while you may have long memories of the past it's best not to dwell on them in a dangerous world, if you continue the route you are on you will find yourselves isolated in the world and we will not come to your aid when you need it.

Well, then why European countries buy the refined Russian oil from India? BTW Indians are also disgusted by westerners starting wars, doing regime changes and destroying countries to further their interests. Sanctions did not ban Russian oil. Only imposed a price cap. Europe itself continues to use Russian comodities, western products remain easily accessible in Russian. Stay disgusted. Only highlights the hypocrisy of the west.
