Ginger Wine

  • Ingredients:
    Ginger - 1 kg
    Byadgi Red Chilli- 7
    Yeast - 1tbsp
    Cinnamon - 5 pieces
    Cloves- 10
    Sugar - 3kg
    water - 5.200ml
    wheat grain - 1 cup
    Preparation:
    * Peel off the outer layer ,wash it and smash it.
    * Deseed Byadgi Red Chilli and use it.
    * In a jar add Ginger, Byadgi Red Chilli, cloves, Cinnamon, Yeast, Sugar, water and wheat grain.
    * Stir all the Ingredients using wooden spatula.
    * Close the Jar lid air tight with the help of cloth.
    * Every alternate days stir the ingredients using a wooden spatula.
    * After few days can check the taste and add sugar as per sweetness.
    * This would need 30 days to complete the Fermentation.
    * After 30 days place a strainer over a cloth and separate the residue. You may repeat this step 2 to 3 times.
    * Ginger wine is ready.
