AMAZING LOBSTER ROLL RECIPE /

  • Today we will be going step by step to show you; how to make a delicious Lobster Roll. From start to finish. ‪@Handsoncooking‬
    PREPARATION TIME- 15 MINUTES / COOK TIME 10 MINUTES / SERVINGS -4
    INGREDIENTS:- 1 1/2 LBS LOBSTER MEAT
    1/4 CUP MAYONNAISE
    1 1/2 TBS LEMON JUICE
    1/4 CUP CELERY ( CHOPPED FINELY)
    1 TBS CHIVES ( THINLY SLICED)
    SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
    4 HOT DOG BUNS
    2 TABLESPOONS OF BUTTER SOFTENED
    FOR COOKING LOBSTER:
    BIG POT ( FILLED HALFWAY WITH WATER
    )- 1 TSP SALT.
    DIRECTIONS:
    1) FINELY CHOP CELERY AND CHIVES; AND THE JUICE THE LEMON TO SPECIFIC INGREDIENTS MEASUREMENTS.
    2) IN A LARGE POT HALF FILLED WITH WATER, ADD 1 TEASPOON OF SALT. BRING TO A BOIL.
    3) ADD LOBSTER TO BOILING WATER AND COOK FOR 5-8 MINUTES COVERED. UNTIL LOBSTER RED AND MEAT IS PINK.
    4) REMOVE LOBSTER FROM POT IMMEDIATELY AFTER COOKING AND ALLOW TO COOL IN A SEPARATE CONTAINER. CUT SHELLS OPEN TO REMOVE MEAT; AND CUT INTO BITE SIZE PIECES.
    5) PLACE THE LOBSTER MEAT, MAYONNAISE, LEMON JUICE, CELERY, CHIVES, SALT AND PEPPER IN A BOWL. STIR GENTLY TO COMBINE.
    6) SPREAD THE BUTTER ONTO THE OUTER SIDES OF EACH BUN. PLACE THE BUNS IN A PAN OR GRIDDLE OVER MEDIUM HEAT. COOK FOR 2-3 MINUTES PER SIDE OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
    7) DIVIDE THE LOBSTER MIXTURE AMONG THE BUNS. SERVE IMMEDIATELY, GARNISH WITH ADDITIONAL CHIVES AND LEMON WEDGES.
    8) ENJOY!!!!
