Great looking stuff Chris! Gona try it right now.

Would you consider substituting the maple syrup and chili powder for Korean BBQ sauce?
Do you worry that the shrimp might be overcooked? Would you think that partially cooking the bacon before wrapping, then a shorter baking period, would also work? Thanks, great video.
Always precook the bacon for 10 minutes on 400* then while it’s cooling you can soak the shrimp in the sauce and then brush on the left over sauce for 2 minutes. I also turn my shrimp after 5 minutes on 400* & then bake under broiler for 1 - 2 minutes on opposite side. I’ve been making these for 10 or so year’s and the bacon never gets done before over cooking the shrimp unless you pre cook the bacon.
@@pamelamorris3148 I was thinking the exact same thing. Shrimp may taste like rubber bullets but I was thinking that somehow the bacon fat May tenderize the shrimp? 🤔
Do you usually put water on it?
Is it chili powder or chili pepper powder? Cuz my chili powder is red. The kind you use in chili. Is it that one?
Chilli powder.
