I like Pop century, we've been there twice and we're going back next month. I did research on many hotels, but I ended up choosing it because of the same reasons you did: value resort, nice transportation options, the pools are nice and the rooms even when they're kind of small, they're comfortable.
I do carry extensions to charge my different things as well: phones, smart watches, battery packs, fans and magic bands 😅

My son and I were just there from May 2 -8th, 2023. Really enjoyed the stay! We stayed in the 50s section with pool view room. It was a bit of a jaunt to the lobby, but we didn't mins it too much.

We just changed our reservation from Shades of Green to Pop. We stayed at Gran Destino last year but we caved on more Disney feel for the kids this year. I really hope we love it! We got a preferred room so fingers crossed we get as good of a location as yours!

Pack and play fits perfectly in the bathroom. Its brutal for night time peeing but trust me it fits ( at least at the Movies but this room looks the same)

Very interesting, I have never been in a hotel that did not offer lotion. That is funny to me! Thanks for video, not sure what we are doing yet with hotels as budgeting hard and just excited to go for our 1st time, but I am in shock last few months looking into DW as it is kinda over the top with all the extra's you "need" even if making it a budget friendly trip. So much to DW. Lil scary as there is "always just a little more to add... preferred room, better budget hotels, genie+, don't forget photo maker, etc, etc. Not a relaxing holiday by what I see. 😆 But will be amazing I am sure once I get it all down! Thanks for help! 🥰

Thanks for showing the fountain drink selections. I’m sad that Pop doesn’t have cherry coke like the Allstars used to. Cherry coke will always make me think of Disney! Oh well, at least they’re still available in the bottles there.

This resort looks so fun! My daughter is not huge into characters and such but I think she will love it once we get there (or a All Stars). I am still hoping maybe somehow to hit a moderate as I know I would love French Quarters and she'd love to or even more the Caribbean. Love how well you show everything, so colorful this resort! I may do a split stay, as the Universal resorts look pretty awesome and price is amazing and I am almost wondering if I am better off to just Uber to DW for the 4 park days. Daughter is 21, so we are ok if not so Disney themed. TA is looking/waiting for best deals as our flights are pretty high here in middle of Canada. :)

Do you think a pack n play would fit where you had the ironing board? Obv it would be tight, but wondering if we would be able to squeeze it in there on our trip?

How do you go about requesting the microwave? Do you call ahead or just ask when you check in? We are going to pop century next week.

Do they have a zero enter area for the pool? Or is it always deep ?
