I am loving and learning from your videos. I’m in the process of seeing a naturopathic Dr. that does bloodwork to see what foods I should avoid. Sadly my bloodwork got stuck in a currier’s warehouse and I now have to wait till January to get it re done. Looking forward to the rest of your videos.

My husband has a pitutary tumor too. Luckily we found out about it early and its only 4mm in size.
We tried a grass fed broth and meat diet. Worked well but needs will power . We then ended up balancing it out.
We go for as much organic veg + meat , no grains, very little carbs ( trying to avoid gmo and pesticide) and specially no sugar. For some reason sugar seems to make things worse. And hes doing quite good with the hormone levels as well as no tumor growth.
He had fattyvliver due to hormonal weight gain linked to the tumor, but we fixed that and revered it with this diet
well done to you too. As a healing practitioner, I agree that emotions are connected to inflammation in the body, and does need to be healed. Along with a balance in diet, and spirituality too. I wish you the best along healing experience. May this be a life changer.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Jesse. No reply necessary. My husband and I have been talking about carnivore for months. Even though I can feel the inflammation from seed oils and wheat/carbs, I have been too lazy to give up the processed foods completely. I know they are time savers and also health killers so I feel so stubborn and lazy for not going full out on healthy eating yet. I also love butter, and at home we use good oils, and we love grass fed beef. I probably eat too much cheese though. I do believe that our ancestors only ate plants when meat wasn't available, or to supplement meat, and that we are still around as a species proves that meat is what our bodies do well with. It's only in the last little bit of history that we were turned from butter and animal fat to chemical concoctions, and that sugar was added to basically everything. I think I need to reframe my thinking about diet and focus on being meat-centric and anti-junk. But, with cheese as a treat. Because, cheese.🤣

I'm so glad you both found a diet that works for you. I had stomach surgery about 9 years ago and I'm only supposed to eat meat. I can't do it, I need fiber or I get clogged up. I eat meats, some carbs, veggi's and very little fruit. I love butter too! I don't drink milk but I eat cheese and butter.

Carnivore has completely changed my life. The most notable change is mentally.

Carnivore diet is supposed to be good for autoimmune disease as well. Jordan Petersons daughter had many but they ALL went away on this diet.
