Sir unregistred agreemnt of sale objected for insufficiency of stam duty while marking ? If the other party want to impound then whether they have to pay penatly on the consideration mentioned or else on the specified stap duty in the state gazzte for on agreemnt of sale? sir, my friends pay 20000 rs to the borrower in condition that if he doesn't return money within 3 years he will give him his 1000 square metre land .so after 3 years he handover the said land .there was agreement in a plan paper with revenue stamp and two wetness.since 21 years passed my friends live happy the said land but nowadays landowner son are distributing him . can he use the above said unregistered document as evidence in court?

Sir, does a gst officer (state) officer has a jurisdiction u/s 35 of the Indian stamp act, to question the under stamp paper e.g. a 11 month rent deed on 100 Rs stamp.

Respected sir please clarify my doubt...
My late parents have purchased a piece of land, jointly with their friends by 7 sale deeds in the year of 1999, now I with my siblings have filed an partion suit against the said partners .., now in return a joint partner had filed an written statement in the partion suit saying that , there is an unregisterd mou in the year 2006, on an 50/- bond paper, stating my late parents have taken some money and the a part of the land will be registered to them.
Please suggest this type of mou, will be admissible in the court of law or not??
