    저속 3분 반죽

    젖은 면보로 덮고 1차 발효 30분
    65g 6개 분할 해서 동그랗게 성형
    20분 벤치타임 (중간발효)
    밀대로 밀어서 가로로 삼단접이 말기말기 꼬집꼬집
    한쪽 끝을 다른 끝에 집어넣어주기
    잘 꼬집꼬집
    랩으로 덮어 2차 발효 30분
    설탕(꿀)1 스푼 + 뜨신물 앞면 10초 뒷면 10초
    깨 토핑 뿌려주기
    예열된 오븐 200도에 15분 굽기

    Tried this morning, it turned out wonderfully tasty even though i had forgotten to add sugar in the hot water. Thank you so much, my first try on bagel and i love it so much!! The texture of chewy-ness just made it so enjoyable!

    Thank you for the recipe, my bagels turned out so yummy! These are mini bagels, so I split the dough into 4 instead of 6 to get normal NY sized bagels. Stored them wrapped individually in paper towels then in an air tight bag, reheated for 5-10 min at 180 degree Celsius. Perfect!

    Love this recipe! So clear , its my second time making these and everybody loves them! Some of the quantites changed a bit because of the city I live I guess but they come out perrrfect . Thanks a lot!

    베이글 만들고 싶어서 보게되었는데 너무 쫄깃하게 잘 만들어졌어요ㅜㅜ
    발효는 그냥 실온에서 랩 덮어두고 했고, 오븐마다 다르겠지만 저는 200도에서 20~25분정도 구웠는데 아주 잘 구워졌습니당..❤️

    발효때문에 댓글을 다 찾아봤는데 대댓글이 없더라구요 이 영상보고 성공한사람입니다!
    발효는 실온에 그냥 뒀더니 잘되고 약간 장소가 춥거나 쌀쌀하다면 따듯한 이불을 살짝 덮어놓아도 발효 아주 잘되요 여러분 :) 그리고 손반죽 정말 힘들긴하니까 전문적으로 하실분들은 스탠드믹서기 있으심 아주 좋을것같네요 :)

    이 레시피를 사용해서 베이글을 만들었는데 정말 쫄깃쫄깃하게 바로 성공했습니다... 다만 오븐의 차이인지 아주 살짝 타버렸지만 그래도 너무 맛있어서 자주 만들어 먹는 중이에요! 크림치즈 발라서 먹으면 아주 맛있더라구요 ㅎㅎ 달지도 않아서 가족들도 너무 좋아하세요! 감사합니다 ㅠㅠ

    Bagel [español]
    240g harina 000 (tres ceros); 20g azúcar; 4g sal; 2g levadura seca. Mezclar los ingredientes "secos". Agregar 140g (taza medidora) de agua tibia. Revolver por 3 min. a batidora + 15 min. (en caso de no tener batidora, amasar hasta que quede como en el vídeo). Reposar 30 minutos.
    Cortarlas en partes iguales (en lo posible) y moldearlos en forma de bollo. Cubrir con papel film y dejarlos reposar 20 min.
    Ya con la forma de bagel, cubrir otra vez con papel film y dejarlos reposar 30 min. Pasados los minutos, poner agua al fuego y agregar azúcar; dejar los bagels 10 segundos en ambos lados. Colocarlos en papel manteca (si no me equivoco) y meterlos en el horno durante 15 minutos a 200° C (horno alto)

      But if you use all-purpose flour, you need to boil them for longer, about 30 seconds per side because all-purpose flour is low-protein content, boiling makes them chewy

    Recipe for people who don’t know grams:
    2 cups bread flour
    4 teaspoons sugar
    3/4 tsp + 2 pinches salt
    Less than 1/2 tsp yeast
    1/2 cup + 4 teaspoons body temp water (40°C/104°F)
    Water for boiling
    10 seconds per side

    Ok, this is deserving of a five star! I actually had goosebumps when I took a bite. The only thing that I did differently is the bath. I used molasses for color. Thank you so much for this recipe!!!!

    Это очень хороший рецепт! Делала все как написано, но добавила немного масла в тесто в конце замеса. Бублики получились очень вкусные, можно было и не добавлять масла! Спасибо за рецепт!

    너무 맛있어요. 무슨 베이글이 이렇게 맛있나요 ㅎㅎ 레시피를 나눠주셔서 감사합니다. 1차 발효를 30분하라고 알려주셨는데 발효 환경에 따라 2.5-3배가 되도록 놔두면 되나요? 아님 베이글은 유독 1차 발효를 짧게 하는 건가요?

    I followed and made the recipe. Bagels turn out just how I like them, the only downside is it's a bit small next time I would double recipe to make 6.
    Thank you so much ❤️ now I don't have to drive nearly 2hrs for bagels anymore 🎉🎉🙏❤️

    반죽 다 만들어 놓고 모양까지 다 잡은 후에 냉동시켰다가 필요할때마다 굽고 싶은데 데치는 과정 이후에 냉동하는게 좋을까요??
