    I just finished cooking four lamb loin chops on my Weber Grill using the reverse seal method. I used your marinade recipe. They came out fantastic! So tasty. Thank you for posting this video. Helped me a lot.

    Always appreciate your videos. I did lamb chops on my Blaze kamado 225 for about 25-30 min per side. Did my reverse sear at 450. Used a similar marinade but I added your steak rub before putting them on the grill....best lamb chops ever, and we have been raising sheep for 30 years. Thanks, Gene

    I know this vid is 5 yrs old... but I did (basically) this recipe recently and was da freaking bomb. A couple of notes:
    My marinade was more simple; light coat in EVOO and a generous dusting with Cavenders Greek Seasoning.
    Smoke wood for the front half of the cook was Olive.
    oh. my. Gawd.

    What kind of grill/smoker do you suggest? I have a weber grill currently but Ive read and heard so many great things about smokers...specifically the Traeger...what do you think?

    • @howtobbqright
      @howtobbqright  10 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Any smoker can turn out great BBQ as long as you learn how to control your temps on it. That's the key. I know a lot of guys use the traegers. My personal faves are the Yoder, Backwoods and Ole Hickory.

    • @chuckdavis572
      @chuckdavis572 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      HowToBBQRight Malcom Reed Green Mountain Grills is a contender, too. I think traeger and green mountain grills are on the lower cost side - around $750 each. That Yoder is around $1,100 - and some get up to $2,500 - like Mac grills.
