Michigan Trout Fishing- River Brown and Rainbow Trout

Late August gave up some nice trout. The quantity of fish caught in this stream was unreal. The brown trout were more elusive compared to the rainbows but I definitely had a great outing. I was also able to take some trout home to eat.

You mentioned a tournament. Are you fishing the MTA tourneys?

Yes we do fish those tournaments. It it a tradition every spring and summer to get royally clobbered. THE BEST trout fishermen in the state turn out year after year.

I'm half of Team Spindoctors. I think we have fished all but 3 of the MTA tourneys... we finally took 3rd place at the closer last september.
