I had a 91 S10 back in highschool. After that i had a 99 Sonoma. Drove a Silverado for several years. Also have a 02 S10 and my current daily driver is a 5.3 swapped 94 S10.
Nice truck I have a 1983 s10 have owned for 25 years. I have known this truck since it was new it was parts truck for a dealership bought it from the first owner its all original 2.8 5 speed. I would have to say mine is as clean as this truck. I drive it every day. I love my little truck would never sell it have been asked many times I just keep on trucking
I have a 1991 thats just as clean i bought it from a old lady who husband had died all OG with the ext cab and 4x4 120 mikes on it just need paint which im bout to get done one it now i only paid 500 for it thats a really nice truck but 20 high especially when you can find them cheaper it pretty ok condition and fix it up just as nice
I own 1992 Chevy S-10 extended cab Tahoe edition with 4.3tbi engine with 83,734 miles only drive on weekends. Mods are belltech 2inch front drop springs rear 3inch drop blocks and nitro drop shocks all four corners and wheels off Chevy ZQ8 flat iroc ones and toyo 235/55r16 tires. Engine mods are underdrive pulleys and hypertech thermometer chip dynomax muffler runs smooth😎. I'm second owner no accidents.
Mine's got a 120 on the odometer and looks like a barn find. I re upholstered the seat, Changed all the weather strip rubbers and refinished the dash. I wouldn't sell it for less than 3k
Hell, whoever they bought that truck from didn't have 10-12K in it. It's a clean S10 with a paint job and some wheels. 10K is a stretch. I could see if it was a high optioned truck WITH a clean and sorted swap. But even then, 10-12 would be the top of the range.
I would like to see either one of you guys build one that nice for less, even with a 4.3. I can guarantee you that new that truck was easily 15k, and by the looks of it they probably got it from the original owner.
Mine is nicer. I bought my 1993 2 door, 2 wheel drive, 2.8L/5 speed Tahoe short bed brand new, it has been garaged all it's life, and only has 37,000 miles on it. AZ truck and never been out of AZ. Zero Rust. The factory wax is still on the frame. The bottom is as clean as the top, which is showroom. It has been heavily modified, but it was done right. It took decades. It has a carbureted 383ci V8, a Muncie 4 speed, and an 8.8 Ford 3.73 Trak-Lok rear axle. I built the engine myself, and had the trans and rear end rebuilt and modified. Custom dual exhaust with no cats. Cowl hood with '72 Chevelle COWL INDUCTION emblems, hood pins, and racing stripes. Custom made Yenko S/C stipes on the sides. All body side molding removed without damaging the original paint. Chrome front and rear bumpers with no rub strips and no holes. Gloss black oem GM grille with chrome bowtie. 225/70-14 BFG Radial T/A front tires on GM 14x6 rally wheels, 275/60-15 Radial T/As in the back on 15x8 Corvette rally wheels (front and rear rally wheels are identical except for size and have center caps and trim rings) chrome fender trim. Black vinyl Xtang tonneau cover, chrome rear shocks, chrome rear differential cover, dual chrome exhaust tips, chrome three spoke steering wheel, Hurst shifter with T handle, full AutoMeter white face gauges including tach, stereo delete (the exhaust is the sound system) All new steering, suspension, and brakes, sliding rear window to make it easier to hear the exhaust. 420hp at the rear wheels. No turbos, no nitrous.
Never Shut a Tape Deck off with the cassete still in it. Puts Flat spots on the pinch rollers creats wow and Flutter. I have a 97 S-10 with a Vortec V6 Borg warner T5. I almost made it to 100,000 Brake line severed between the cab and bed. Why the Fuel line Stainless steel an Breakline regular steel I'll never know
IF I HAD THIS S-10 ?, I'D SAVE THOSE WHEELS I'D SAVE THEM FOR ROLLERS. I WOULD RUN: 70'S VETTE RALLIES, 17" CRAGERS, MAYBE 18" IROC'S, 15" MCSS 87' 15" STOCK WHEELS WITH T/A RADIAILS LETTERS OUT, I HAVE A 02' BLACK SINGLE CAB, S-10 WITH A BLACK FIBERGLASS TONEU COVER SNUGTOP., STOCK 6CYL ORIGINAL ENGINE WITH 68.000 ORIG. MILES.
I have a truck that's just as clean as that on the inside except I have a 60/40 bench it's in 93 GMC Sonoma single cab long bed 4.3 V6 only eighty-six thousand miles
As a trim carpenter, it was a perfect truck for the job. Great on gas and that is needed when you travel for work.
this was the absolute best looking build of this truck ever!
Black paint shows everything.. Top notch work there.
Looks like my '91. Awesome trucks, definetly worth keeping on the road.
Facts I have a 98 Chevy s 10 4.3 liter standard I love it

Sweet. Put a 88 blazer rear bumper on my 87 s10 tahoe. Will never get rid of it
That truck is worth every penny of 5 grand.
GM needs to reboot this truck. Don't disappoint us either.
Regulations don’t allow small pickups anymore sadly
All GM does is disappoint!
@@v.dafool8603Correct, awesome profile picture too by the way.
It's so nice to see classic trucks with the original radio and not some cheesy aftermarket radio shoehorned in with clumsy looking adaptors.
Looks like it has one of them Lay Over Dash covers. It's a clean little truck
My s10 2002 is nice. Only 67 k miles. It's really good shape. I already dropped it. It rides way better. I'll never sell it

Love my s10. It's my 2nd.

Mine cost less than $9,000 brand new…1988. 36 years later, I’m still driving it…93,000 miles
Wow . Awesome. Those are very lost miles for the age, I wish I could see a picture of it
@@doublem6027 Would send you a pic, but don't knbow how here in youtube.

I got mine for 9k was a bit beat up but fixed the body and got 600hp out of it, Probably worth a lot more
Where can I test drive this truck?
Paid 3k for mines from a old man with swaps 😂
Very cool truck! I’d ditch that non tach original cluster & crappy stock radio immediately.
Still available?
YES!
Where did he get his bumper
What size rear tire on the s10
Just curious if they got 20 grand for that thing yes it's nice but not 20 grand nice
I feel like that is just a garage princess. My s10 is just as nice as this one
1997 S10 stepside bed V6 auto, still smells like new truck, great shape runs like new with 28,000 miles. Be willing to part with for the right $

I had An 83,it was the worst truck ever, hope they got better later!!
Ain't worth 20k. I have a 1992 with only 86k on it.
This truck is worth more than 5 grand
No manual transmission, no V8? 20k? HARD pass...
I'd give hime 5,000
Im not impressed. It needs a V8
Why would you distort a awesome truck. If it was a piece of junk why not
