    These guys are gorillas when it comes to their diet and how they eat and take care of their bodies. They have honestly convinced me to start taking much better care of my body. I have been destroying my body over the years junk food and everything else. No more!
    This whole family the way they take care of their bodies have convinced me to want to do the same. I’m sold. I always watch their videos on their different diets and I’m going to start living the same way. Thank you Gracie family for always keeping it real and encouraging others to be their very best selves

    It's good to see healthy things like this, our society needs good examples like this of how to nourish our selves and not just glorify drinking beer and eating fast food. God bless the Gracie family, thank you for sharing the positive example.

    A good tip to store a juice bag after use is to put it in the freezer. This prevents any germs from developing.

    My best guess is that if you look at Rener's recipes he gets a LOT of fiber in his diet, but he wants more of the antioxidant and phytonutrient power that raw fruits and veggies have. Problem is, if you get too much fiber - which is a possibility if you're eating too many whole fruits and veggies, it can have the opposite effect that fiber is supposed to have aka your body won't be able to process it all at once so it blocks the nutrients in food from being absorbed.

    Strainer in pan will increase your efficiancy in washing grapes. Just pull strainer and dump pan. Refill and repeat.

  • @TriggerMan41
    @TriggerMan41 14 ปีที่แล้ว

    I was curious as to why you dont just use a Vita-mix or another type of super blender that will just liqify the pulp and all and will serve as fiber for your system. Thank you for all your work.

      It tastes better to drink a whole glass of juice, then eating them.

    • @jims512
      @jims512 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Another upside to drinking the juice is that you are taking in more vitamins. There are more vitamins / nutrients in the juice (along with sugar), although pulp generally contains fiber. I think it’s best to mix it up. Eat fruit and veggies, but juice here and there as well (assuming that you aren’t diabetic).

  • @markymarco2570
    @markymarco2570 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Of course you have to wash them. But what's tinting the water is that when you remove the stalk the pulp gets exposed and sheds some juice into the water. There isn't THAT much of pesticides im the fruit.

    Really need to use lemon and vinegar, or grapefruit seed extract to clean that bunch of grapes. I get them from the same place and they come from Peru or Ecuador, who knows what they spray them with. Also, why not run them through that good Tribest juicer?

  • @WestCoastIrk
    @WestCoastIrk 11 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    If you're already on a healthy diet, you don't need all the fiber from the pulp because you will get fiber from other foods you eat throughout the day. The idea of juicing is to create a smooth, pulp free juice that will absorb much faster into your body and your blood so you can use up all the nutrients. For most of us, it is also much more pleasant to drink a pulp free juice. In addition, when you eat pulpy foods it takes longer to digest and there is less nutrient absorption. Watch his video making watermelon juice, he explains it in that video.

    • @MasterTeletubby

      Pulp is a scam. Pulp can't be digested well by humans and feeds bacteria creating transient infections.

    I love the gracies, especially Rener but to keep it real as he says a lot of their diet lacks science behind it. Particularly the foods to combine with each other. I eat mostly raw veg and fish diet but too much fruit is not good and can over work the pancreases. Look at Steve Jobs getting Cancer in the pancreas and Aston Kutcher followed the same diet and also led in the hospital because of his pancreas.
    They still give out amazing advice but as a guy who really enjoys fitness and health science I just wanted to point that out.

    • @SteveSmekar-ll6ln
      @SteveSmekar-ll6ln 8 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      +Sysadmin Syndicate Ashton Kutcher followed the SAD diet all the time, then decided to go all fruit, experienced what is called a healing crisis, and did not understand what happened to him... which was actually a good thing, he was detoxing. Then he calls out the fruit and all the blind sheeple believe him and take him for an expert on the subject.
      Steve Jobs worked in an industry where he was exposed to high amounts of wi-fi pulse and who knows what other factors were involved and what other interventions were involved.
      If one does not actually engage in a full on detox... not one of these idiotic wastes of money for a few days or a week... one truly has no clue about whether or not there are benefits. A true detox takes a few months to a few years to really dig deep and clean out the causative factors (acids, namely) and restore the body to a state of health higher than they ever had.
