    Also as an importent note, there is a big difference between a red trade union and a yellow trade union. The red are often seen af the real trade unions who negotiate the saleries, benefits and working conditions, as well as providing legal support. Where as the yellow one mostly give advice. The yellow unions are cheaper but not seen as real unions, since the fundamental difference between the red and yellow is that the yellow unions don't see a power imbalance between the employer and the employee, which the red unions do.
