Hey Tyler. Nice video, I live close to Phil's world, so my dog and I took a spin out there this morning, also did that stinky 2 mile loop wtfever it's called. Hey the reason Im commenting is I just think you deserve to know I'm the best there is when it comes to mountain biking. There is nobody that even comes close. Keeping in the SW Colorado theme, I'll let you know I'm twice as fast as ned overend. No trail too technical, too steep, or otherwise too gnarly. I am king of the mountain bikers. When I did ribcage this morning, I did literally the whole thing in a wheelie, just because I can. And I still passed 3 people. My legs are so powerful that I use a 60 tooth front chainring so I can haul ass uphill or down. In fact, I think I need to get a bigger one. I'm a monster. One day I might have the skills to kind of back those claims up, but until then only believe me when I said I went there this morning. No homo

I'm really surprised that people like this trail. We live and ride in Durango, we've been to Phil's World many times trying to see what it is that attracts anyone. I just cannot find any reasoning behind the obsession. Durango is less than an hour away and the worst trail there is way better than Phil's World. I had fun on Phil's World, but man, a 7 hour drive for that, I would have expected you to be incredibly disappointed. I am sorry to leave a negative comment, your video is freaking awesome and your nature shots are to die for. You are a talented film maker. So this is nothing personal, i just can't understand what Phil's World has that anywhere else doesn't have...?
Thanks so much for the kind words! I don't find any negativity in your comment at all. I have had other people mention to me as well that Phil's World was not what they had hoped. It's definitely more flowy with not much downhill. For me it is a great destination and a chance to get out with friends away from the world. I have looked at trails in the Durango area too and wanted to ride there but was limited on time. Maybe next time! I am from the 4 Corners area so its always good to get back to the area and ride. Have a good rest of the riding season! Thanks again for watching!
