They did have a faltering moment in Homeworld Cataclysm that shows what fear can do to even them.
Will never understand how they started to "die out" very quickly in HW2 though.

@@Axatar From what we can tell, it is possible that they have a sort of speaker/representative for the whole ship... but that hasn't been confirmed.
