    I think you should've split the hearts in half to remove the blood clots first before boiling.

    Just to let you know. Salt to taste is at the end. When you actually taste the food and add salt accordingly.

      Pure protein and tastes like a cross between dark chicken meat and beef. Eat it HOT though. Cold chicken hearts taste and chew like blubber for some reason.

      @@brandonbowerstx Agreed on texture if whole, cut in half a little better but I tend to reheat if I have extra.

    I would have know what is your chicken spice composed of? What is mixed herbs? What is that in other countries away from South Africa? I use SPG Salt Paprika and Garlic Powder a lot. I would like to use something else sometimes. Why not explain it more?

    What exactly is Raja? We don't have that here in the Netherlands. Is it different from regular curry powder?

    Is it a lean meat what is the price is it expensive thinking of buying it

    • @cookingqueen
      @cookingqueen  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Chicken hearts are a lean meat, it depends on how much fat is on them. If there is a lot of fat, remove it before cooking.
      Chicken hearts aren't expensive.

      Medium heat for approximately 20-30 minutes. Use this as a guideline.
