Hi there! This looks delicious. I have a question. How long are you supposed to boil the chicken hearts? I don't slice them up since it takes so much time. I have boiled mine for 2 hours they still pink on the inside.

Hi Ali, when washing them try to squeeze out the blood and you can fry them a little bit then boil them after.i honestly boil mine for about 30-45 minutes. Thanks for watching.
