Wow. It sounds like I just heard myself. This is what I had been battling with the past year and now I’m on day 33/40 fasting and praying, and received deliverance a few weeks back. It’s been a whole different life the past few weeks. I feel so new and free! God is so good! And I pray people realize that it’s the demons behind the anxiety and mental illness that we are battling with.
Pixi : Hi! Sure. I fasted from pleasurable food and social media. The first 3 days I did a liquid fast. No food or social media and I spent time reading the Bible and praying whenever I felt hungry or craved for some pleasurable food. But don’t push it if the liquid fast is too much on your body, because God sees your heart more. Then the rest of the days I did one vegetarian meal a day, and no snacks or pleasurable foods or social media. Whenever you are tempted to do the worldly things, you run to Jesus and put Him first. The more time you spend in God’s presence and reading the word/praying, it will take you to another level of relationship with Jesus. More importantly, during this time you will be freed from bondages and demonic oppression. (Matt 17:21 - “But this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting”) I hope this was helpful and I’ll be praying for you! ♥️

How cruel is a god that would wait until you starve yrself for over a month to deliver you. Yr feeling good because your eating again. It’s not the devil. You have an illness. Please don’t starve yourself again. The only way I can say something is saying it how it is- I don’t meant this horrible when I say it and will see in my eyes that I’m saying this caringly- I’m glad you feel you are delivered by god but do you honestly think starving yrself for all that time is looking after yrself. Do you really believe god would want you to put yrself through that especially when you wasn’t well. The thing with the god thing is that you take every situation and narrow it down to god or the devil. Your mind must be so up and down. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I just turned 60, I have had anxiety/panic attacks, depression and OCD - since I was a very little girl. I still am suffering with this horribly and have been on medications most of my life. Please pray for me.

smtwLord 7 you will make it! Just continue to practice ur authority against any and all anxiety. Start to identify what lies you are listening to from the devil and remember Satan has as much power as you let him, so don’t let him have that power over you because you are a child of God. Psalm 85:10 says “peace and righteousness kiss each other” read romans 8:6 and be careful what you are filling your mind with try to only listen to worship music and be careful what you watch because devil can be sneaky so make sure to recognize that and not ignore it.

I see a lot of people in the comments saying "I have, I have or my " If you keep saying you have or your anxiety, it would be hard, very hard to break free from it. Because with every utterance of "I have, or my" you create a basis for your mind to mentally accept and make it sink into your subconscious that you have it when you don't. It is a Spirit, and the Spirit wants you to think that the problem is from you. It took a while before I understood this. How do I know Fear/Anxiety is a Spirit. 2nd Timothy says God has not given us the Spirit of Fear etc. Emphasis on the Word "SPIRIT" That means the problem is not from you. It is a Spirit finding expression through you because you let it by saying I have or my. God of course cannot lie, and any thoughts or doubts that He can, is a lie from Satan to keep you in bondage. Will you allow that? Are you not tired? Don't you want it to stop? Honestly when you feel the problem is that you have it, my friend, THAT IS A BIG BIG LIE, believe me. God didn't give you that. Anxiety is a Spirit. That means it is not you, but a Spirit finding expression through you, because you have permitted it by fearing it and saying "I have" And so, it dominates you.
How to Overcome is to understand that that Spirit is a BIG LIE, a BIG LIE from Satan. When you fear it, that's when it comes. Job 3:25. Job said what I greatly fear has come upon me, and what I was afraid of has come to me. Brothers and Sisters, when you fear Fear or Anxiety and Depression, they come to you. Because Fear works like Faith. The Fear of any Spirit brings that Spirit because they have seen you are vulnerable. The Fear and thought that anxiety will come back brings it back and makes it reoccur again. When the feeling comes, think about who you truly are. God cannot lie, He didn't give you the Spirit of Fear or Anxiety, and He didn't create you with it. Even if in the moment it comes upon you and makes you feel uncomfortable, create a mental picture of it being a BIG LIE, and remember the truth God said in 2nd Timothy 1 v 7 and keep doing that. I tell you in a space of a week, you will see what I am saying. Anytime it comes to your thoughts, just look at it as a BIG LIE from Satan, and Remember what God says about you in 2nd Timothy 1 verse 7. God CANNOT Lie. The Devil is a BIG LIAR, and you know it. Yet you let his lies find expression in you. Honestly, you should get angry and confess and believe what God says about you. That's how I got free from Anxiety and depression, and the thought of suicide. Because they are ALL LIES and JUNKS from Satan. John 8:44 says. Jesus says Satan is the Father of Lies, and there is no truth in him. Truly, I want you free, because if God can save me through the knowledge of His word, He can do the same for you. Hosea 4:6 God said, My People Perish for Lack of Knowledge. You have to really know who you are in Christ, and with it comes Power. Believe me. I have tried it and it works. Believe me. I usually pray for people suffering from these Spirits of Anxiety and Depression and thought of Suicide to be Free because I know what it feels like. I have been suffering from anxiety about or over 10 years. My blood pressure got high right now...my head feels like its exploding i have prayed and is praying i want to be healed...i am just 23

We shouldn’t advise against medication…..God does heal us but we also have to apply ourselves to improve our own wellbeing. God blessed people with the ability to create medications to help us. There isn’t anything wrong with medication.
I disagree. Lots of side effects and meds NEVER helped. Never. I don't shame anyone who takes them though .Jesus healed my mental illness.

Mine started this in the beginning of this year and became a the year went on. I have felt the same way, and I still do at times. I felt as if God was not listening to me. I've been desperate waiting for God to heal me. I have cried more this year than I have in my whole life. I have been praying, studying, and seeking God like never before and still felt like there was no difference until Monday, July 27th. I was laying in bed just like I do daily. I was on the verge of a attack so I grabbed my journal and bible and went out and prayed to God. And this prayer felt a bit more sincere than all my other prayers. After praying I went in my house and started praise and worship and praying throughout my house. After praying and praising God, I felt different. I am still experiencing the pain all over my body and sharp pains in my chest and lump in my throat but, I haven't had an attack since then. I've been close but I haven't had one, praise God. Be encouraged and trust God's plan.

Thanks for sharing. Depression/Anxiety and mental health in general have such a stigma in our society and the more people like yourself talk about it the more the stigma will reduce in our society. My channel is solely about mental health and reducing this stigma. So many people do not seek treatment because they are afraid what people will say and this is destroying people’s lives. This needs to stop.

I have a 7 year old that is going through all this it’s been almost 2 years off and on with a huge fear of eating and feeling full and vomiting it makes her so pale shaky and weak but I truly believe it’s spiritual she has a God loving home Parents that constantly pray over her this testimony really helped me understand her I have faith God will and has healed her but as a mom it breaks my heart she is already home schooled due to it so please help me pray for her 💗
I'll be praying for your kid and family, I'm 17 and been dealing with this the past months (it used to happen to me before as well)... just like your daughter, I sometimes can't even eat since I'm scared of feeling sick, and even tho I knew it was only anxiety, and that I was going to therapy, it still scared me to death feeling that. I just got near God again after rejecting Him for 10 years (I made him responsible of a tragedy I lived as a kid), even at 15 I started to practice satanism and paganism for a while... Lemme tell you, the moment I repented, mourned, asked for forgiveness and prayed, everything changed, I'm so grateful to the Lord for letting me live again and helping me go through this, I thank him for actually putting this trial on my life so I could be near Him again.

I’m glad this lady broke free from anxiety and depression but viewers be careful. Depression and anxiety is not from the devil. It is an illness and please don’t feel you are on your own. Work with your GP, services and talk with those who have anxiety and depression. You will get through it, but you will need to work hard. Take yr medication. Keep your chin up.

The key is to surrender to God who has the power to heal that'a why Jesus came for to heal to deliver people from demon and to resurrect the dead yet we need to believe for Jesus dont do any healing unless people believe, praise be his name that he is alive and well to continue to do his work upon us how loving is our Jesus

This has been going on for me but for 2 years. I think it’s panic disorder and it’s very exhausting to go through. A lot of her symptoms I have and had but after 2 years I’m not as bad as I used to be and I’m thankful to God that I’ve gotten better. I was taking anxiety medication for about a year and stopped in June 2020. I gave my life back to God on November 1st and I’m currently undergoing ANOTHER episode but with God.
Wow. What a powerful testimony! So proud of you for standing & sharing in front of us all even though you're shy. Even 4 years later, God is still using you & may God bless you always. Father, I'm 100% in and I am totally free of anxiety, depression & fear I pray & believe in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

I have never related to something so much , I am going through this EXACT thing right in the morning vomiting etc however since I realised this is a spiritual attack I started praying and I feel myself getting back to normal and I just pray I stay on the right path AMEN

Anti anxiety medication works! I take it when I really need It!! It doesn't make me sleepy! It make me feel normal!! I believe that god works in different ways including thru medication!!! Don't be afraid!!! Trust in god!! You don't have to suffer!!!!

I have been dealing with anxiety for so long. my tigger is my job and different changes in my job and the task that I have to do each day which always change so I am always on edge. I get hot flashes my heart beats faster I feel really nervous and fearful. I also want to rush and finish so I can get home. My heart races when I know I am going to stay longer at work or it’s getting closer to 5 pm. I am usually done with my work around 2 pm and I hate staying longer. When I get home and see my wife and kids I feel better and happy but then when I look at my work for the next day it all comes back. I have done research and I think it’s some type of Phobia as well. For sure my triggers are work changes or shifts in pattern and also time. I want freedom from this. I NEED YOU TO BREAK IT JESUS!!
i have anxiety, extreme, one year, i havent been delivered, barely do everyday things.
jerry jones I’ll be praying for you brother! Give it all to Jesus. Go forward and don’t look back! :) I also had terrible anxiety to the point that I couldn’t do simple things or even leave my home! I would push myself to go out, to fast and I’d get a tiny bit better but bad again. I then started pushing more but decided to also leave everything behind, let sinful things go and trust God. I was healed last night while I prayed in my car! I even got to share the gospel with a woman who had her stuff stolen a few minutes after! I couldn’t believe it! God is real! I suggest writing down bible verses that can help you with the anxiety. Write down as many flash cards or paper. Post them around your room, day and maybe even night meditate on them! Start renewing your mind. It’s a spiritual battle.
