Keep them coming!
@@QigongProject, far from that. You are the Well that I shall viait regularly. Honestly, the morning when I listened to the video, I paused from aelf-medicating and meditated. I believe that morning is the moment I begin to wean off the aubstance by going inward. So, thank you for the light you are putting into the world.
There is an old pre revolutionary wudang monk system which requires qigong as the basis but also shengong as it is a monk system. They say a beginner builds a full lower dantien a master has an open full middle dantien. I don't know if the shengong counts as neidan but it is working fundamental individuality/ world view. Shengong is seated and there is further development for upper for GM's.
Thank you for a great presentation! I was wondering about Shen Spirit, and what is Shen in opposed to Chi. I remember hearing that Chi has rice in it's character. Does this mean that we have to eat to have Chi? subscribed, looking forward to more!
@brockshen it is interesting you mention that. The rice character infers Qi has a nourishing quality and there are some old practices called "eating Qi," but over time the idea evolved and now that type of practice is not so common.
@@QigongProject I really appreciate those great replies. I imagine you won't always have time when you get really popular. Blessings, Blessings, Blessings.
@brockshen I doubt this channel will get really Popular since not that many people are interested in the theoretical element of practice. I always hope we will be a small, coherent, communicative and close knit community 😀

@brockshen sorry, to answer the other question: shen means consciousness and perception while Qi means vital energy.
