A typical Wednesday night racing on Lake St. Clair on our trimaran Unleaded

On Lake St. Clair in Michigan, there are Sunset Series sailboat races every Wednesday with the Lake Shore Sail Club. We finally hooked up a go pro and got some footage of our typical maneuvers while racing our Contour 34.

Neat sailing. Something to clear out on mainsail winch at 3.30 :) Thats why I prefer more purchase over a winch. The winch position also locks the sheeting job in manouvers to helmsman, when with more purchase you can hand it out to someone more available - no need to bend the stick :)
