Only thing is: less forward view....so keep sharp lookout. i also have and use a full cockpit tent wen at rest to keep rain out and create bog habitat, can be used when slowly sailing as well if needed............roll up sides en rear or shut windward/rainy side only.......suggest 10 knots max speed.
Is it safe to have your "spray dodger" up while doing 19-knots ? Have you ever seen a "full bimini enclosure" on a Corsair 31 Trimaran that is similar to the cabin enclosure on a Dragonfly 1200 ? You have a magnificent boat, my favorite !!!
Its difficult to tell from just the video, but it looks to me like you run your mainsail a bit strapped. Try letting the traveller down some when close reaching or sheet out more and add some vang for further off the wind.
