- This is the second video covering flaring automotive steel lines. This time we're making the O ring and nut type connection for a GM injected fuel system. We'll be using a tool by Mastercool. This flare was very easy to make and the tool was easy to set up.
We'll be getting the rusty floor pan in the 1959 Chevy Belair 2 door sedan with the 454 back into shape. We'll be using floor sections that were cut from a wrecked 2 door back in the 80s. Follow along if you please and lets see how it comes out!

How does the O ring not get smashed to smithereens ?
I think there's enough of a chamfer in the filter end
