I'm trying to insert the handle bar such as at time 8:49, but the handle bar won't go down at all.....please help.

I tried the next day, by using my body weight to push the handle down, and it worked...I guess my arm/hand is not as strong as yours! 😁

I’m having such a hard time getting the seat to stay on. I did exactly as you did and if I pull up on it just slides off. Any recommendations?
I would use pipe tape to wrap the part on the seat slider before putting the seat onto it. Then, tighten the bolts firmly. If you don't have pipe tape, plastic tape or adhesive bandage strips should work too, but not ideal.

I think it is similar to the tube/cylinder that is not part of the bike, protecting the wheel from being damaged during the shipping.
Hi. May i know where the sensor wire originally from. Mine was pull off by kids and i dont where its originated. Need to reattach it but dont know where. Thanks in advance

Can you tell me more about the display pad? Can you reset per ride or how many miles does it go before resetting? I just set mine up today!
Yup, the TIME and DISTANCE get reset after each ride. The ODOMETER (total mileage) continues to go up until it hits 999.9 or runs out of battery. Enjoy!

Great video. Can you show how to hook up the small monitor that came with the bike ? We lost our manual and don’t know where the wire from the monitor connects to the bike?. It looks like at the front stem and flywheel area but we don’t see a place for it on the bike. Iwish there was a way to post a picture of what I’m talking about.

BTW, if your monitor has problems after installation, please contact the seller's customer service. Take a look at the last part of the new video, which shows a TH-cam user's experience of doing that.

Love my bike. By the resistance is so strong i can barely pedal. anyway to fix this problem?

Thank you for the video! Got mine together but the resistance on even the lowest level is very tough to move. My wheel seems to be hitting the plastic part on the right side. Any suggestions?

I have same cycle but assembled by someone else.. the left handle of the pedal , you know the one where you attached the pedal.. it came off.. the left one.. how to attach that.. please help
Thanks for the question! I just looked at mine and it seems that the left pedal handle is going to come off too. I'll find out if I can fix it in the coming weekend...
False alarm from my previous comment. After a closer look, my bike's crank arm (pedal handle) has no problems. What wrench’s did you use ?
I used the wrenches came with the package. You can see them in the video at 0:35.
Now you have the bike for a while, how do you like it. I have been shopping around for an exercise bike, I don't know if I should get a "regular" exercise bike or a "smart" one.

Any idea on how to switch the console from ML (Miles) to KM (Kilometers)?
Unfortunately, I don't see an option to do that. Since 1mi = 1.61km, if you like to ride 10km/day, then it is 6.1mi/day.
Hi, I just put the bike together but I’m having issues with the monitor. It doesn’t seem to work
If the monitor does not display anything at all, please check if the batteries are inserted with the positive and negative poles in the correct directions. If the display works, but the numbers are wrong or not changing, then check if the pulse wire and the sensor line are connected to the monitor correctly -- see my video at 11:38. If you still cannot solve the problem, you may want to contact their customer service. Good luck!

Is the seat comfortable?
It is fine for me after adjusting its position. You can see that in the video at 6:15. Using a bike seat cushion can help too.

Great video!! I used some WD40 on the handle bar sliding in because it was very tight.
Like crazy tight? I cannot move and adjust the thing at all... I have to use hammer to move one 1/32th inch at a time :(

I think so. You may want to remove the handlebar and the seat if it is assembled already.

Bike was good for a few weeks then developed a very bad ticking noise when in use. Also the sensor handles started forming cracks just a few weeks in. Not impressed especially for the price.
I am sorry to hear that your bike has problems. I would suggest you to contact their customer service, which is responsive AFAIK. This is what they promised on their Amazon's product site: "We provide the customers a 12-month parts replacement and your concerns are answered within 12 hours."
