Isolation of Starch
In this video, we have isolated starch from potato by using following steps-
collect 3-4 big size potato, peel it with the help of peeler and then grate all of them and simultaneously mix them into water pot. mix well to separate the starch from the potato pulp. these pulps contain lots of starch which is insoluble in water. Because starch is insoluble in water it will settle down at the bottom of water pot. after some time when starch is settled down at the bottom. Now transfer the water into another collecting vessel with the help of a filter. again allow it to stand it for few hours, the rate now once again filter the filtrate in fine filter mesh. now transfer the filtrate into a beaker. after some time the starch will settle down in the bottom of the baker than collect those starch into a petri dish and dry it. and at the last of procedure triturate it with pestle mortar.

इस वीडियो में, हमारे पास निम्नलिखित चरणों का उपयोग करके आलू से पृथक स्टार्च है-
3-4 बड़े आकार के आलू को इकट्ठा करें, इसे छीलने की मदद से छीलें और फिर उन सभी को गले लगाएं और साथ ही उन्हें पानी के बर्तन में मिलाएं। आलू लुगदी से स्टार्च को अलग करने के लिए अच्छी तरह मिलाएं। इन लुगदी में बहुत सारे स्टार्च होते हैं जो पानी में अघुलनशील होते हैं। चूंकि स्टार्च पानी में अघुलनशील है, यह पानी के बर्तन के नीचे स्थित होगा। कुछ समय बाद जब स्टार्च नीचे नीचे बस गया है। अब फिल्टर की मदद से पानी को एक और संग्रह पोत में स्थानांतरित करें। फिर इसे कुछ घंटों तक खड़े होने की अनुमति दें, दर अब एक बार फिर ठीक फिल्टर जाल में फ़िल्टर को फ़िल्टर करें। अब एक बीकर में filtrate स्थानांतरित करें। कुछ समय बाद स्टार्च बेकरी के नीचे एक पेट्री डिश में इकट्ठा करने और इसे सूखा करने के बजाय बेकर के नीचे स्थित हो जाएगा। और आखिरी प्रक्रिया में इसे मुर्गी मोर्टार के साथ ट्रिटूरेट करें।
