Well Dave thanks so much for bringing back some dear memories. I was stationed at Clark my first time from '77-'79 and in the first group of DJs hired to perform in the newly renovated "disco room" at the club. Boy was that a lot of fun. Thank you so much for sharing your research. What a gift!
If this building is within a mile from the football field, (Challenger Field), it probably is the LAST NCO Club at Clark. The next to last club was at the base of Lily Hill, near the Hospital, and was demolished when the last club opened. The awning looks right, and the driveway, but the entranceway glass door has been removed, and I don't remember the office windows to the left.
Looks like it...... when I was there I was an Airman so I used to go to the Coconut Grove Airmans club and listen to Kiko and his band.........oh my good times.....but used to go to NCO club with my boyfriend once a week for the mongolian barbecue special
Oh man, I loved the Coconut Grove, especially the restaurant where I almost lived. I was there from 1982-1984. I worked at the Hospital BTW and lived in the Airman's Barracks. I have very fond memories of Clark AB!
In another vloggers video they were saying the Airmen's Club was demolished.....volcano ash. Also I saw pictures from other vloggers of the Kelly Theater and what was left of the Bowling Alley which was a pile of rubble. I was there (70-74) Elephant Cage..... cheers :) (12/27/20)
It May have been the new NCO club. What years are you talking about? It dose not look like the NCO club I went to from 1979 to 1984. The NCO club was just down the road from the BX and gas station. And not far from the Hospital. I also attended the Coconut Grove Airmans club. The first time I went to the clubs was in Sept 1974 while on TDY from Okinawa Japan.
Yes, I remember. I wanted to confirm it's the old NCO club, but it's been so long, most folks on base don't remember. So, going off the old vs new base map, we knew it had to be right. And glad the folks in the comments have now confirmed it.
This was the new NCO club, my last tour was 1989-1991 and I ate lunch there most work days! This is where my buddy Joe Nelson worked.

I think it was called the mirror lounge....it was the place to be on Friday & Sat night
Yes you are correct sir. I spent many evenings there 75-82'.
You found it that's the former Top Hat NCO Club now the home of our Base Services Squadron of the 600th Air Base Group, Philippine Air Force

1989. I used an old clark air base map to locate it. Comment below says it's the old 'Top Hat NCO Club.' Which gives me confidence 'we found it.'
I meet you sir when you shoot that vlog, I'm an PAF personnel and you ask us a question if that building is the NCO club
