The Jools Holland Later special has the best live versions of the SOTSOG tracks in my opinion. The sound is mixed perfectly and the band are in top form.
wow this is one of the greatest someone please get a message to Gallagher to perform this live in 2024 would be epic and very emotional BTW samechick if you do get dave to listen to helter skelter use the bonus track version from Familar To Millions it's very good :)
I cant believe this was a B-side. Noel said that the Standing On The Shoulders of Giants is a calm down album. The band were jaded from the mid-90s wild fanfare. Noel even stopped taking any sort of drugs post Be Here Now.
Dark song which mirrored the dark period the band was experiencing at that time. The original band was disintegrating with Bonehead & Guigs leaving during these recording sessions - this song probably written to reflect that
I think there about 40 percent on to the really good stuff and I'm also including there solo stuff but still yeah they've got alot of stuff left for sure
Dave has to react to Where Did It All Go Wrong? from the Jools Holland show in 2000. If you want Oasis songs with great but dark lyrics, that is another one.
Noel fucked it up in 1997-2000, he should have paced off, taken his time to slow down, and made the third album as followed : title album name "Be here now" with the following tracklisting picked from the 1997-2000 era => 1. Fuckin in the bushes 2. Go let it out 3. Let's all make believe 4. Don't go away 5. Fade in out 6. Gas Panic 7. Be here now 8. Where did it all go wrong (acoustic/piano/violins only) 9. D'you know what I mean (edited version) 10. Stand by me (acoustic only) 11. Roll it over 12. All around the world (edited version)
This song is fantastic I'm permanently sentimental I listen this Genius lyrics.... it's like praying so intelligent and wise... Moments for tears..... Dave your fantastic co analytic wife the black cat all the best god bless your house
Go Let It Out is great, great video. Helter Skelter has Noel on vocals, he’s got that McCartney range. The whole Shoulders of Giants album is a bit hit and miss as an album, it has some great stand out tracks but it also has some filler in there and it doesn’t flow as a record for me. Check out Where Did It All Go Wrong which was from this album, the 2000 Jools Holland special version is sublime.
Oasis B side tracks are better than 99% of most bands A side tracks. Liam is Biblical and Noel is a Godlike genius. The greatest rock n roll band in the entire history of the world ✌️🏴
If you are reacting to their Helter skelter cover I’d recommend the live version (the one on familiar to millions) because the studio is kind of meh for Oasis standards
Yesssss Go Let It Out Wembley, 2000. One of their best live performances
The Jools Holland Later special has the best live versions of the SOTSOG tracks in my opinion. The sound is mixed perfectly and the band are in top form.
Plus they finish with an epic rendition of My Generation so what’s not to like
Yes
This is one of my favorite B-Sides. The vocal is so strong. Should have been on the album at the very least.
Absolutely love this album to bits. Doesn’t get as much love as the other ones for some reason.
Go let it out sounds even better live. preferably the wembley performance. Liam sounds amazing in it.
Later on jooks Holland is better
Id completely forgot this was a bside, great song.

Love this b-side. the a-side to this is really good as well definitely a must listen
Criminal that this was a B-Side!
Brilliant
Yes!!! Great reaction so glad you finally got round to it
I cant believe this was a B-side. Noel said that the Standing On The Shoulders of Giants is a calm down album. The band were jaded from the mid-90s wild fanfare. Noel even stopped taking any sort of drugs post Be Here Now.
Remember when this came out and listening too it!! Was blown away then!! Up there with the masterplan
You could do go let it out and helter skelter together.
One of the tracks that makes you realise there should've been a The Masterplan Part 2. This and Idler's Dream is another one
Dark song which mirrored the dark period the band was experiencing at that time. The original band was disintegrating with Bonehead & Guigs leaving during these recording sessions - this song probably written to reflect that
At last !! haha ! great ! A masterpiece, should have been a single or an A side minimum.
The pair of you have not even reacted to more than 15% of oasis. There are so many tunes this page will last for years which is great
I think there about 40 percent on to the really good stuff and I'm also including there solo stuff but still yeah they've got alot of stuff left for sure
One of my favorites! 🙌
Absolute tune. I hate when folk don’t appreciate it.
Now Dave you need to review : go let it out, who feels love and fuckin' in the bushes.
Dave has to react to Where Did It All Go Wrong? from the Jools Holland show in 2000. If you want Oasis songs with great but dark lyrics, that is another one.
Thank you very much to you
Cracking Tune Man
That should've been a Single n on SOTSOG
Absolute belter
My favourite B-Side from this album is 'Full On'.

I recommend the official video to 'Go Let It Out' if you react to it. In my opinion Liam with his coolest look and a cool video in general
I think the live at wembley one was the best.
Also to go with Helter Skelter you should do their cover of Bowies Heros
So many geat b sides on the later singles there should be a masterplan vol 2

I'm early!
Woooooo!

What was the conspiracy theory?
A thousand likes and I'll reveal it. 🕵️♂️
@@samechickStill waiting for the One Way Road reaction amigos! Bring the proper ballad for Dave already.
The last great oasis B side, everything after this was average.
There were some decent ones after as well. Just Getting Older, Idler's Dream, Those Swollen Hand Blues, etc.
@@Me-gs3uu definitely some decent ones, but let’s all make believe sits high on a pedestal with anything from the 90s.
