You earn money in your left hand (gross revenue) while paying money from your right hand (depreciation). Very important to have a proper balance on that. Also buying vehicles under book value is key. In the event of a total loss you might find yourself upside down on an insurance settlement. We started our fleet in February and have already scaled to five cars, all cash cars owned free and clear and purchased under book value. Trust the process!
