salmon and avocado should have been in the S tier
Avocado does contain high calories, but it is good for you. Just excercise for a few minutes extra, to burn the calories from avocado.
Informative!❤
Are you ranking about health or “lame” and “I don’t like it”?
It was very informative!
Final list at 11:43
Very useful ❤
Walnuts and almonds should be in top category.
This was awesome, i miss pomegranate tho since i heard it was verry healthy too
Kiwi is also an another great fruit
“Cauliflower has been trying to do too much lately”… man, if I had a nickel!
For anyone looking for other nutrition tier list content, "Talon Fitness" on youtube has 10+ of them, covering various topics like vegetables, meats, beans, etc. :)
The problem with kale is it doesn't taste good. They should dry it and crumble and use like basil.
What happened with spinach? It should definitely be on this list.
Since Kale is pretty healthy why don’t you put it in the s like that’s confusing?
A list really helps making smarter more cost effective choices, awesome video. However, chicken breast is a protein source gold standard - bottom !!! Also, lists of vegetables and fruits with highest nutritional/ health yields would awesome, sort of answering the Q “If only one, which one .”
I eat to many strawberries once I almost got allergic 😅😢
Are flax seeds as good as chia seeds?
General speaking Flax seed is a little better for the reason it has more of the 2 kinds of fiber you need. Though most Americans especially do not get enough of the fiber that is mostly in Chia seeds. Flaxseed goes good with granola .
They're both good. Chia is higher in iron but flaxseed is higher in ALA omega 3.
I am surprised you put dark chocolate at S rank because this contains a lot of sugar, so I think this should be A rank at most, but this is your opinion.
There are dark chocolate bars with antioxidants that don't use lots of sugar.
you put a plant above red meat.
i think fish should of been s tier, you dont have any high protien foods in s tier
Really lame about "not wanting to be sterotypical dietitian always talking about kale" like, really? Who tf CARES if it's that healthy as it actually is. Kale can seriously turn your life around. Facts are facts, and fact is that kale is one of, if not the most nutritional veggie out there.
its not when you consider the pesticides needed to farm it… kale is so nutritious and thats why it is targeted by insects… but realistically any kale you buy is riddled with pesticide that cannot be removed
@@zentzu4003 She did not mention that now though, did she?
@@amandaethereal9425 look what you wrote… kale riddled with pesticide is not gonna turn your life around
Kale racist, unsubbed
Chia seeds taste superb on a toasted baguette with butter. 🥖🧈
