Adam Reposa has one of the highest rates of acquittal in taking cases to trial in Travis County. He's a goofball, but a damn good lawyer. He was also my roommate for a year in college.
This may be the greatest lawyer commercial I've ever seen.
Not only is he actually a lawyer, but he is an extremely effective trial machine. The guy knows how to win a case.
We actually studied this guy in our law school ethics class. The backstory is pretty interesting. He got charged with ethics violations pertaining to attorney advertising because the grievance commission took issue with how the commercial reflected on the practice of law. He ended up getting off because he never released the video, the producer did so without his permission.
This makes me want to get charged with DWI in Austin, just so I can hire this guy - I don't want a lawyer who can beat my case, I want one who can rear-end it with his truck, smash out its window, scream in its face and then beat it.
He was my lawyer...he's good...
