Well, the idea seems to be quite simple and easy perhaps it's time saving factor for the home makers to bake chapati in lot to store and later toast them when required.

Cooker needs water to maintain its pressure inside & it will vapour out through steam outside.
If you keep inside without water, it will surely bursts out and it's very dangerous attempt.
Don't try this at your Home
