Please ROTO make a 3-cylinder inline motor for CARF Spitfire. KOLM/Ploberger went nuts and almost tripled their prices so there is a market for a new inline triple around 200-250cc that could be a drop-in replacement for KOLM IL-230. KOLM price is almost 6000€ so there is definitely a room for a competitor.
I was never one to trust the rear mounting of big engines really Shame to me I was brought up to hate on vibration of most all things, especially on wood and glue things, a friend years ago brought down his dle mounted to a cap 21 and when he fired it up I wanted to hit him. I said that thing is a menace to society and your going to regret putting that thing in the air. AND HE DID
CC is a measurement of volume, volume of an internal combustion engine is measured of the entire combustion chamber piston included at the proper timing. 125cc is quite possible at that scale!

Quick Google search on their website showed that they do, a 130cc in line triple
Sweet baby Jesus, I want one of these. Of course I would have to build an aircraft to install it in, but I am not sure the misses would understand…
this engine is destined to be fitted to my 1/3 scale balsa USA Albatros
Oh yes
Excellent idea with the throttle servo ❤
Please explain the difference between FS and FSI engine markings in Roto, thank you
What a lovely baby!
❤
What is the rpm at max power?

Sure that isn't 1.25ci? (20.5cc) That doesn't look even remotely as big as a 50cc engine, let alone 125cc.
125cc
