Technically they aren’t really related because they do have the same brother but Serena is related to him because they share the same mom but dan is only related to him because they share the same dad so technically speak they aren’t really truly actually related

I think this wasn't the best ending of Gossip Girl I just feel that Dan didn't REALLY love her as mutch as he loved Blair I think they did a mistake here I mean Blair and Chuck had the best chemestry but who was always there for her no matter what it surely wasn't Chuck I just wished they've would have put a little more thought on the ending thats all but of course I respect everyones opinion but this is mine...

True everyone who watched gossip girl can totally feel that Dan is deeply inlove with Blair cause even in season6 you can totally see the longings he had towards Blair. Even Penn Badgely said in an interview that Dan loved Blair way more deep than Serena. Saying that "Blair is Dan's real soulmate"... So the writers just screwed it up..!! Because they just prefered Chuck and Blair from the very beggining...!!
