Use Kwick strip, it works much better. Also Zep or simple green works much better on cutting grime than soap. That way you won't get your sander with sticky grime on your pads. Just an fyi.
the image quality of your videos is amazing, but being honest, I think you might be spending too long with every step of the flip. Maybe you could do a voice over to explain every step you're doing? Or making every scene shorter to keep more dynamic. Otherwise, your work is great, the furniture ended up a real beauty.
