I imagined the dynamic being between Denki and Izuku is that Denki makes a stupid idea and Izuku is there like, “You know, that could work!” and it somehow miraculously is working every time
Thinking about it now, if Denki was friends with Izuku or hung out with him more rather than Katsuki, I could imagine Izuku being a straight man to him.
I do like how its reusing the lesser villains from the series and making them seem somewhat powerful. Also guess we should keep an eye out in the series for kaminari's lightning bolt javelin throw move, since ones justice kinda showed us shigarakis improved decay quirk before it happened in the story.
I'd love to see Kaminari go full Static Shock and use his quirk like Static did. No one can tell me they DON'T want to see Kaminari flying around on Tetsutetsu like a steel surfboard. Kaminari/Tetsutetsu the two man bromance we didn't know we all wanted!

Honestly, I think Denki has the same problem as Deku, his body isn't ready to discharge that much electricity at once it would be great to see him progress like Deku does use a percentage of his power until he is ready o handle the maximum. Maybe we can see a transformation of some kind or techniques oriented to be efficient and not discharge 1 million volts but yh I definitely think he can be top 5 of strongest in 1A his quirk is very versatile in a way.
