What I mean by that lack of education, poverty and so on. These contributes poor leaders and disorganized society regardless having natural resources. Don't assume that I am Ethiopian which I am not. What happened to Tolay military training center recruit are seating on the ground and eat thier meals? Even that beautiful training center vandalized by weyane TPLF or neglected? That is not the Tolay ,I know 35 years a go. Tolay or Tasteke 2 National service training center? Has been one the most equipped training center. I was there trained and graduated . It is sad to see in this form after all this year's.
That is a very interesting training. How sad to see the poor quality cafeteria for this young men who are ready in behalf of millions. Please improve the cafeteria.
