I love walking up the ramp and seeing the outside of the ship! We always go a day earlier. When we get on the ship, we walk around and try to learn the layout. We make sure we have everything settled like a drink package or wifi if we have purchased one. We also drop cash off for our account for spending. Mike and I will film from bottom floor to top floor. After we check our room and get a drink to get to the top to watch the boat leave! It is a busy time! I love cruising!
Like to check in early, get on the ship early, eat at the buffett. Maybe several days earlier if you haven't been there before. Sailed on the Carnival Glory. It is a nice ship. Watch the safety video in your stateroom. Carnival has very good food. Already subscribed and even hit the like button. I enjoy playing in the casinos too. Don't like to be online while on vacation. My phone on a cruise ship is locked in the safe. My wife preferred the outside with a balcony. Prefer the early seating.
@@JenniferSparksSavoy Do like the Carnival Line, however, most cruises we go on are on lines owned by the Carnival Corp. RCCL and NCL are good for those that like substandard cruises.
Hi Jennifer, it’s Collin. I just wanted to let you know that my mom and I sailed out at New Orleans also but that was back in 2013 when we did that we went to the same place as you guys went Mahony Bay Honduras, Belize city believes in Cozumel Mexico we went to exact same place as you guys are going so we’ve already done that cruise. It was amazing we loved it. New Orleans was nice. We took the city to New Orleans after the cruise, cause we were taking the train back home from New Orleans so I just wanted to share that with you. We flew in the night before the cruise, and then after the cruise, we were staying at a window that was two blocks from the New Orleans Amtrak station and we took the city tour up New Orleans with Cajun Encounters Tour Company. They picked us up at our hotel, took us out of city tour, and dropped us off when we were done And then we stayed another night after the cruise before we got on Amtrak trains Sunset Limited from New Orleans back to Palm Springs California so just wanted to share that with you we’ve already done that cruise, but that was with the Carnival conquest

Thank you for sharing your experience! That’s cool you have been on the Glory before. Is carnival your preferred line?

That’s amazing! Thanks for sharing and have a blast!
Where do recommend a family of 4 staying night before cruise?
I wish I could have sat with you = that would have been a blast to talk with a fellow vlogger! I always forgot to photo the food!
The people I was sitting with were wondering why I was filming food so much! Yes always nice to talk to fellow vloggers!
We are new to cruising, we went on our first cruise last October and we will be going on our second cruise in November we loved the Carnival Valor
Good to hear! Thank you for sharing! We really enjoy carnival too 😊
After 9 carnival cruises, how do you still have a red sail & sign card?
Idk?? I want a upgrade! 😃
I was on this cruise it was my fourth
I want to set up a cruise for my family. I'm afraid I won't book things correct and end up in a mess the day of.
Travel agents can help for no extra charge. I book mine over the phone directly with carnival and they are very helpful 😊
The streets to the port are impossible!! I’ve sailed out of NO several times, but I choose not to any more.
Thank you for sharing your experience!
5 cruises since 2019. We're planning Feb 2026 Mardi Gras and a cruise at the same time. 😊
Great plan!! 😊
Cruise #4
Wait did the drug sniffing dogs bother you?
I barely noticed them
