    In this workshop, you will discover the 10 best practices to become a SOLIDWORKS Pro in days (not years) without boring practice, expensive training classes, or any pointless theory.
    ‪@EasyCADSolutions‬
    It is a complex twisted toroid with a honeycomb design. It is quite a bit challenging to make in Solidworks but anyone can make it easily after watching this tutorial. But some features might take time to generate because of their complexity and feature generation is also dependent upon the power of CPU and GPU.
    Important commands used:
    -Sweep (with twist value)
    -Surface Offset
    -Extrude Cut
    -Fillet
    -Curve Driven Pattern
    -Circular Pattern (with constrained angular value)
    -Combine

      Yes it's size gets big because of so many small fillets all over the geometry. Let's try without fillets and see the size difference.
      And Thank you for watching

    HI sir, good video as always. My i ask why when i try to curve pattern the extruded cut as in 3:13 but instead of 48 i put random number such as 45, 51, 66 and certain other numbers it wont work and prompted "the end face can not terminate the extruded feature"??
    thank you for your video.

      Yes, it happened sometimes in Solidworks, You need to make the hexagonal cutout smaller for more no. of instance and vice versa

    And another question: why did you change angle from 60 to 50 degrees at 0:52 ? You do not need it if you optimize model with "combine"-feature at the end...

    • @EasyCADSolutions
      @EasyCADSolutions  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, i tried with 60 degrees but it will cause combine error due to geometric conditions
