You forgot that if one person votes to kick you for no reason the rest of the team will blindly vote to kick you when you did nothing wrong.
What I do is that if 3 out of 4 choose yes to vote kicking me and I somehow stay in the game because it expired I make sure to kill as many of them as I can before I get kicked out.
More like when you join a game late in casual and get kicked before choosing an operator
Geoff Beasley I know. That bullshit pisses me off so much. Just because someone didn't have time to pick an operator and ended up with recruit doesn't mean you should kick them. That recruit can still be an asset to the team.

No, it is worse than that. Imagine the flip situation, where you are going to peek (Or even interrogate) someone and you literally check the cams multiple times (without him noticing), and he never looks back, but the exact moment you even get into the room, he perfectly whips your head and kills you.

The second part of that should be '...and have the worst of teammates'. I can't count how many times I've matched up with plats/squads in casual and get demolished. Meanwhile plats/squads on my team are worse than I am.

It's all fun and games when you start playing the game, but once you start to climb the ranks and get really high you start to get paired up against much better players but you still have crappy useless teammates. Sometimes I feel like I'm cursed or something
Dude I can relate so hard to this. We can only do so much to make up for them being shit. Giving perfect call outs and all. Or get paired with a teammate whose good but is fucking useless the second he dies doesn't give call outs and is super toxic.
I feel you man. got paired with chinese plats, told Hibana to flank behind Echo, said Chinese Idiot proceeds to disregard my advice and went forward straight into Echo's line of sight that has shredded our Monty and Dokkaebi before her, instead of flanking him from behind. it was also freaking Humiliating because we were 3v1 and we boxed Echo into a bad position..
I cant count how many times hitboxes fucked me over and then i got flamed by my team for that shit. Or as there was whit the "Stare at a doorway for days and when you look away the enemy peeks it".
The worst part is that i'm crap at the game. I mean, if i was really good maybe the game would pair with me worse people so i can carry them but it's not the case! My team is composed by 5 brain-dead players agaist what it seems a fucking pro team trying to win 1 milion dollar prize.

More like you never get any kills with traps, but people kill you with them. Or enemies will ALWAYS find your traps no matter how cleverly placed they are, but you easily die to the most simply placed traps even after you drone it out.
Then I must be doing it wrong because I get a trap kill or two every game.

Killing someone when they're down. I games like pubg it can be annoying but anyone who complains about it in this game is downright retarded. It's a 5v5 why on earth would you let someone who knows your location get revived so they can come back and kill you? Anybody with a brain is just gonna shoot you once for the kill and for their survival.
That part about holding an angle for ages, only to be killed the moment you look away, is one that really annoys me.
Being killed while reloading is another.
Another is whenever 3 or 4 of us push a room, or a corridor, or drop through a hatch into the objective room, I am always the one who is killed while the others avoid the random spray.

3. You getting drilled trough a window/wall by accident
4. All your teammates die in like 20 seconds on the round
5. Never hitting anything on shields when hip firing
6. Your explosives not killing anyone but your explosives kill you much easier
