I have 3 KS0 Ultras currently totalling 14 KAS a day. My electricity is free. I'll keep going. One day those KAS will be worth $5 each. I am thinking long term here.
@@RabidMining I don't think we will notice it as much if the price is where it should be. You can't have the entire planet mining a coin and dumping it for profits. My miners have been offline for a month now. Kaspa mining is not worth the effort or expense any longer. I even changed my mind about hosting due to the massive increase of the hashrate.
BTC saw this multiple times. 2018, 2022, and even now in 2024 it is nearing unprofitability for most. It does not mean the end, just a lull in momentum. When the price swings up or down these things happen. Fundamentals and core value will triumph all in the end.
Its not dead for existing miner or for dos who bought two months ago but fo dos hu is planning to buy now, its dead, dont buy, earning reduced by 50% yet the machine price still remains almost the same,

Maybe the much smarter people that created kaspa actually put some thought into this schedule and maybe they were right to do it this way? It's all a first of it's kind, in many ways. So nobody knows how it will turn out but all we have is it's performance up to now and that has been one of the best performing assets out of all the cryptos...so how do people see all that and still complain and think it's a bad idea? I still don't understand why you use these boxes called ASICs, which are nothing but scams. They only serve to make money for the manufacturers, not for the users. kaspa was a sucker play, a coin made to sell asics, some made bank but the hype got most people to buy miners that will never roi, kaspa will fizzle and die.
@RM Kaspa mining will 100% be for major farms by mid to end of next year 2025, and Kaspa mining rewards is even worst than you think, even they its like an halving every year it’s actually worst because reducing the rewards monthly also reduces the overall yearly Kaspa emission by 11.2% more than if they did a normal halving every 12 months vs 5.6% reduction each month.

Ya dam those were pricey but mostly the big farms who got them.
I wint feel bad when they will sell them for very cheap and I will get one.
Well at least they can use RPM coupon😂.

Glad I didn't buy all those KS0 Ultras yesterday. I had 5 in my cart. I forgot about the emission change every month.
I was ready to buy 4 on january, it was going to be my first asics but thanks god i buy the coin instead
It's a price issue. Kaspa is way undervalued compared to the hashrate on the network. This coin needs to be 25 cents plus in order to keep up.
The emissions made it that way next month will be even worse and month after that so far kaspa is just another coin.
