  • Forest fairies are magical little sprites that inhabit forests and add magic to nature. In this video I found one and did my best to capture her with my micro four thirds MFT M43 Panasonic Lumix G7 camera and 3 Godox AD100 flashes which are wonderfully portable, lightweight and unassuming. If you love outdoor portrait photography or do wedding photography or outdoor flash portrait photography, this video may be an inspiration because any moment can be a magical storybook experience. Photoshop tutorial also included.

MarkusPix is one of the top 10 TH-camrs on the platform. I wish his content didn't get suppressed so much. His reviews and tips are more valuable than my entire $70k film school experience. Thanks again Markus! I love your book btw!

I was hired for a job at my wife's work, and lot of it was making info videos of her explaining different stuff. Looking at your wife through a lens spending the day together, became a relationship building thing. Both having a job to do together, but also intense focus on her, (lighting, angles, voice), was really a very intimate thing. Made me learn sides of her I didn't pay attention to before.

I've been following your videos for some time now and you've inspired me to search for cheap, lightweight, alternatives to clunky, expensive, impractical gear. For example - to connect an AD200 to a Bowens modifier I use a $26 Calumet s-type Speedlight adapter, coupled with a little cold-shoe to 1/4 inch adapter that cost me about $6. It's MUCH lighter and easier to use than a standard, clunky S-type adapter... And it's more compact too - disassembled, it fits easily into my tightly-packed camera bag. Check it out and let me know what you think: www.amazon.com/ePhoto-Lbracket-Speedlight-Bracket-Adapter/dp/B004JPOIX2.

@@MarkusPix Thanks, that's a great video! Unfortunately, I live in the UK: Adorama doesn't ship Glow products here, which rules out the Glow adapter and all the Hexapop modifers too. The Fotodiox adapter, only $20 in the US, is priced at £40 here (over $50!). That seems a bit too much for me! So, I just happen to also have some great bowens modifiers lying around, gathering dust... And 3 AD200s!! On the other hand, I love my AD-S2s and based on your excellent videos, I've ordered an AD-S9 snoot and the AD-S3 beauty dish!

Hey, i didnt find an email to text you so i will write a comment. I bought the NX500 because of you. And I like watching your videos. Your art skills are very impressive and you talk about escaping in fantasy worlds. I realized that every dream and imagination is reality. So, those worlds are real. And in life its about not only looking in one direction, all directions are important. And life will turn as great as what youre doing with your art stuff in every direction.

I wish Panasonic would make a Panasonic G7 with dual cards for wedding photographers. When your shooting all day it be nice to have a lite weight camera. I don't care if the camera is made out of plastic.
I have a Panasonic G7 but I don't use it for weddings because of the single card slot.

Probably you own millions of dollars of equipment, and you are shooting with a Lumix G7 (Which I own) LOL. Your are proving that expensive equipment doesn't mean better results. Camera gears fanatics are probably shocked.
