I like that he acknowledges how Kurt went out of his way to shed light on other artists he liked. From talking about them to wearing shirts to covering their songs to having them open shows. I always thought that was cool too. He really was a genuine music lover. Also, it's semi overlooked how artistic and creative he was in other mediums like painting, drawing, photography and film. I always dug that he designed and created so much of their cover art himself. His style was unique and interesting. Hopefully a book comes out someday showcasing all of it.
I like this interview a lot, but Nirvana toured their asses off. Idk what he meant when he said they didn’t tour extensively. Even current day Dave Grohl says they were worn the hell out.
Very well put. With one exception. I regard Sliver to be to be the weakest entry to the Incesticide compilation. But then again Incesticide is my favorite album. So it's like the worst best song ever. If that makes any sense.
The guy being interviewed talks a lot about the content and feeling of the songs: Kurt was THE songwriter, except for a few songs like Scentless Apprentice. So ofcourse the songs talk mostly about Kurts feelings, so ofcourse the interviewer talks the most about Kurt. Its kinda logical.

Incesticide is a fantastic album.
I wish they took a cover or two off and replaced them with Even In His Youth and/or Spank Thru.
Incesticide and Bleach are great records, it's just a shame that they're both underrated beyond belief
Thank you for uploading this. Hard to get a real take on nirvana stuff , this was a real take on incesticide. This guy being interviewed gets it

No they didn't, not for Nevermind. Which is what he is talking about. They toured their ass off for bleach and in utero.

yeah bbc has all the best radio studio stuff
Honkey Tonk Women is a classic Rolling Stones track but it was never on any of their albums. It was a one off single.
More 'Ramones' than the Ramones.
He looks like John the Stutterer...
AERO ZEPPELIN
...you do know that there were more members of Nirvana than just Kurt right?
And when did I say there weren't more members than just Kurt Cobain?
