Just makes you think I’m tough Colby Covington is. He took like a dozen of those power punches and was eating them even with a broken jaw lol. Tiny jab put burns down one of them puts Jorge out. Make fun of Colby all you want but that dude is a tough SOB man I think he is the only guy who can actually give Usman a challenge. Khamzat could not finish burns so I don’t think he will do good against Colby or Usman

I feel like middleweight is a bad move for him, he realistically only needs to get another high ranking win at WW. Then he could most likely recapture his title.
Whether he gets back the belt or not he will forever be one of the best to ever do it in the octagon. But champions come and they go thats just how it always been
I used to not like usman, now I see leon trying to deny belal of all people a title shot and I remember how usman fought literally anyone, even short notice replacements.

Truly there was never anything cringe about Usman, it just rubs people wrong that someone like him spoke so confidently about himself and didn't allow himself to fall into doubt or pressure of what "fans want" in terms of entertainment. But he has for sure earned uncontestable respect after the recent streak he went on. If he gets it back, what will then. be the narrative?

i think what made him cringe is that he is trying so hard to be someone else and it doesnt come across natural unlike other fighters who play characters.
He talks like he is telling scary campfire stories, copies Adrien Broner and Conor Mcgregor. You can see compilations of him faking a Nigerian accent and even copied Mcgregor's irish accent unintentionally.
I like him as a fighter, aside from the cheats, but he just cant decide what his persona is gonna be and it makes him cringe.

Masvidal used to be such a slick striker, like amazing. He fell into trying to KO everyone and is way more flat footed. I watched Masvidal vs Iaquinta the other day and Masvidal had such slick striking back then

One of my best moments watching UFC was when Kamaru Usman put masvidal to sleep, Masvidal really deserves that k.o. I think Usman deserves the k.o award last year. Because last year was Kamaru Usman years.

I have never seen that kind of composure while knocking someone down. He just casually came closer and landed that bomb while the opponent was laying down fully confused. Amazing!
Usman has a 15 fight win streak breaking Gsp's record for consecutive wins. Gsp has 13. Not taking anything away from Gsp but some people get to the title quicker.

Loved McGregor 5 years ago mainly (due to his charismatic persona) but he was never dominant like Usman. Whenever McGregor fought, I wanted him to win but was nervous for him. Usman's best weapon was his confidence, you could see it in his ring walk his intro and how he fights. Leon took that from him when he KOed him, Usman could have beat Khamzat but he was hesitant in the striking exchanges when he was clearly superior. Usman will always be one of my favourite fighters, truly one of the greats.
