First off, good review Matt as usual... It is quite cool and I was even looking into that camera, but 180€ for a camera with so many limitations is too much to ask for. Half price would be much realistic in my opinion.
@@Soulmadness its a camera. Not a side of beef. They dont come up with MSRPs on electronics based on the weight. Possibly in a VERY limited use case, but not a mass produced 1080p camera.
When I watched your first Video about the Nazgul5 and your first Fpv experience I thought: Thats cool and all and someone is finally trying to help other people bringing into this hobby. But then I also thought that you will probably not stick with it and even if, you will take years to get into it really good. At least thats what it took for me (flying since 4 years now)... Now I came back to your channel and hooolyyy! Respect for learning that much in this short period of time. I am really impressed! Thanks for sharing your fpv experience with us and most importantly helping others as I said. I'm glad that you're receiving the attention you earned and I hope your community keeps increasing, we need more people like you in this hobby! Btw. He is absolutely not. He produces pretty footage but his skill at flying nor his technical knowledge are on par with the lowest level "real" drone reviewer.

I have the Insta360 Go and will be returning it. I have tried it on all five of my FPV quads, from my BetaFPV 95X v2, two 3" whoops, and my two 5" iFlights (Nazgul5 HD and XL5 HD). On every single one the footage has wobbles in it and unusable. I have tried both stabilization with the same results. The DVR from the DJI camera to the goggles is fine with no wobbles, my GoPro footage (before ReelSteady) doesn't have wobbles so it must be the Insta360 Go. I really wanted this camera to work because I love my One R but it's a no-go for the price. Oh and don't even try to use it in low light.
Anyone know how the battery life is for the TH2 after mounting this camera ? I assume Ull lose about a minute of battery time considering the added weight , but that’s manageable , as long as my flights are dropping down to 2-3 minutes I’m considering buying this

The real annoying one is it can't hold a charge, it's always empty after having it laying around for a day I wonder how long the tiny battery in there can handle the constant discharge. If You just want to put it away in the charging case flip it around so it doesn't make contact otherwise it will also run down the case battery. And disable bluetooth control that will also drain battery. Overall great camera with flaws.
hi matt with tiny whoop you can not only record HD video but you actually strip down a GoPro to 17 grams and put it on a tiny whoop or you can buy an umma 85x which is a brushless tiny whoop with a naked GoPro you should make a video on that

Hello Matt , I recently started with FPV all thanks to your videos that inspired me and kinda of pushing me to try this amazing hobby , I recently bough a Tiny Hawk2 freestyle Read To Fly kit from EMAX , I also probably going to buy a Tango V2 controller , but I recently found out that the Tang V2 does come only with crossfire , for that reason you can bind only crossfire supported quads!!! Do you think would be possible to bind my Tiny Hawk2 with this radio controller somehow ? Thanks in advice for the time you are putting in this AMAZING videos , I m new to the community , and I just found your videos probably the best in content and video making , I will actively supporting you and this channel since this has been an active source of knowledge and inspiration for me .

Hello matt, is there anyway tp bypass the 5 min limit? I would like to use this camera on my explorer long range from flywoo which it can fly up to 25 mins so i need an affordable light hd camera that can record for at least 10 mins, i know about the whole naked gopro but that thing is really expensive :( Greetings from colombia
Hi. Love your video. I just bought the th2 freestyle. But i don’t think mine is able to fly as far as you did. My fatshark lost signal just about 30m i think. And my taranis show rssi signal lost at around that distance also. Did you upgrade the th2? And what is the spec of your google and radio?
Make sure your goggles are on the right channel. Don't use the auto scan feature on your goggles, sometimes it picks up a channel that's close to your VTX and looks ok but has no range. Not sure why your Taranis has poor distance. Did your receiver antenna get cut by the props?
@@skyhackerfpv7104 well, i always use auto search. I didn't know about this. Thanks, i'll try that. I don't see any damage on the antenna. I actually didn't range test it to failsafe. My x9d+ give "RSSI signal low" warning. Is it fake alarm?
It's 10 mins now for fpv mode. Awesome camera well worth the price, it's a different cinceot and doesn't replace an action cam. I bought it to do vlog brolls and use for hyperlapse on motorcycle and on my mavic mini. But since I started to go into fpv hobby I see it as a great solution for small quads like mini tiny whoops.
yes, you can mount it to a tinyhawk (2) on thingyverse are several mounts. and yes it does record sound, but on a quad it's..... well.... errr.... not worth using the sounds..

There is frame drop every few second in that insta 360 footage. Useless in my opinion. Or is that just youtube compression?? Like your content but that cam seems to be overhyped.
Good realistic view mate, if they do an update to have the ability to shoot sideways with no issues I'd definitely get it. It seems to go well woth the Tinyhawk freestyle, you should definitely look into an xt30 or dual xt3p for your 1S packs. Nothing but gains my friend.
I’ve got that drone and looking at getting this camera to show friends and family without needing a 5 inch with a GoPro or having to get new goggles and still only show them sh*ty dvr

Yea I have a naked GoPro too but it stopped pairing with my phone. I'm not sure what the issue is but I'm hoping I can fix it to make a video on it!

If you install a Crossfire receiver into it, it'll work! I'm sure someone's made a tutorial on it
Insta360 go2 would be better because of more record time and highr resolution keeping the form factor. it also has a remote

The one in the video is the 85x v2 and the tinyhawk would definitely win in the freestyle department. Haven't tried the 95x yet!

Im afraid not it can only record maximum up to 5 minutes cos the camera gets hot pretty fast since its so small.

I didn't upgrade it in any way! Just using the qx7

your tinyhawk vtx is probably locked to 25mw. do a google search to unlock the vtx,,
did you change the vtx from 25 to 200?
