    Low wing aircraft with its low and rear placed attachment points for seat belts provide a dangerous geometry. In a crash the low mounted belt will fold your body and compress or break your spine. Check the cars and see that these belts are always attached ABOVE your shoulders in order to save you from folding. (sorry for my translation, but I guess you get the point.) To fix that problem you have to reroute the upper section of the belts somewhere via "a rollover structure above your shoulders" to unload your spine. Maybe Jan will provide such a additional structure to provide a real save seatbelt system?

    Kind of interferes with the baggage area, doesn't it?

      Yes, a little bit - but the 650 really needs a good option for a seatbelt, and most people don't carry tons of baggage.
