He is not saying that at all. Maybe watch the video again. He is implying that Jiri Prochazka could be injured and Smith would be the replacement, which he would be if something happened or has happened to Jiri. Maybe Chael knows more or just saying it could be something that happens because of all of the pull outs. He never implies deserved at all.

Wrestling is a minor sport in Brazil, below traditional Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Karate, Taekwondo and even Kickboxing.
Easier to find Hapkido and Wing Chun gyms than wrestling gyms here

Yes because he made it happen with little mma experience and in a very short period of time. Not to consider he won most matches by finish. Jones did it over a long period of time, lots of decision fights as well, and he’s a natural in mma, that’s what he’s done for a long long time

What's special about Alex is that he has the world record hardest punch. He punches really REALLY hard, and it just built like an ironwood tree. And also very good at lots of things. But.... Jiri can stop him, and once he loses, all this talk will go away.

You guys dont understand the fight game. Talking about jones and conner. You dont realize the competitiveness of this game. These guys arent your favorite wrestler coming out on monday night to save the day. Its one on one for 15 minutes they only go at it a couple times a year. Which ever athlete is performing at their peak tip top in their weight class better shape than you can even imagine.. that guy will have the belts, w's, and will be the face of ufc. Once you stop seeing the performances the athlete will not stay on the fitness mountain top. They go crazy for 6 weeks then cut 20 lbs smh the sports crazy and no athlete can sustain what it takes to be a ufc champion. Danna is right when he said his business isnt a job for a fighter its an opportunity. The fans perceive it as a sport. Its a nutty show bigger than sport. Bigger than business. I degress from the point which was if its been 6 to 12 months since weve seen a guy in the cage hes not gonna come be your hulk hogan. They cycle in and its a treat to see but they surely and quickly cycle out. Few dudes dont follow this and become beloved like Charles olivera.
