Thank you so much. my code was 22 66, had driver side blend door actuator replaced, still showing 22 66. will removing the neg battery terminal for 10-15 mins reset it? The problem I was having is, it take a couple of miles before my AC even kicks on, and then it will blow cold and cool back and forth? any ideas.? had Freon check , it's full.. Thanks in advance...
I have another question. Years ago I am very sure this test told me that a blend door does not work. I recently had the AC filled and serviced and nothing shows a code. What could have happened?
I just tested this on mine. No codes. I noticed the heated seat symbol showing up when everything is lit up. What is it for? It does not come on when I turn the heated seats on. Do you know?
They reused those controls from things like Expeditions and Navigators where button was on the side of the seat so you needed those indicators to tell you heaters are on
What’s up brother hope you’re having a good day I was on your video and my code came out B1259 how do I repair that. My AC takes to long to get cold so I’m trying to figure it out . Thank you for your time and stay bless
First you have to verify that you have the proper charge and check that accumulator up front by the radiator on the frame rail it could be leaking I have a video on that so make sure you watch it
OK GUYS THIS LADY HERE FIGURED OUT 1 REASON I HAD REPLACED MY CORE PACKS AND HAD TO MOVE A FEW THINGS AROUND IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT, I PULLED THE GROUND OFF THE SCREW TOWARDS THE BACK NEAR THE FIREWALL. SO WHEN I WENT OUT THAT NIGHT I NOTICED I HAD NO AIR ENTERING THRU THE VENTS... SO NEXT DAY I WENT OVER EVERYTHING I DID AND NOTICED THAT THIS WAS NOT PLUGGED OVER THE SCREW SO I CONNECTED AND WALA IT WORKED...I DID THE SCAN LIKE YOU GUYS ARE DOING GETTING A 1264 AND A 1242, NOW NOTHING AND EVERYTHING IS GOOD......HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE
Hey thank you again for all the great content you provid. I'm actually getting 4 codes on mine. The first set is like the one you described in your video 12 64 Then the other one is 22 67. I do have a problem with air direction. It only blows on the floor. No where else. Any thoughts?
Yeah you have to look into your mod door position I don't really get into the dashes on these things so I'm not the ultimate Dash expert because I don't really ever have them with any faults
As soon as it checks at cycle just like in the video it should pop up with a code if there's something wrong but if there's not anything wrong the face is going to stay lit up and it's going to say 88 888 something like that I think which means nothing
Can you please share the relay pin's power and grounds on your car with key on. AC staying on all time on a 2007ntown car. Checked everything for short but no luck
I'm not sure what you're asking for because a relay is set up the same way on all vehicles you have a power on the ground for the coil side of the relay and then you have a supply and the path to the working load of the AC compressor and then you have an owner's manual that tells you exactly what relay it is
@@FordBossMe I'm asking what each terminal of the ac relay supose to have , poweror ground. When I remove the ac relay i have either power or ground at the terminal with key on.
@@FordBossMe vehicle also has p0645-ff . there are 4 pin for acc relay . 1 of them ia hot all time . one is hot in run or key on. 1 goes to compressor and 1 goes to pcm and is ground at all time. Even with AC system off. I replaced the pcm thinking the pcm is bad bc its always grounding the relay ...but it made no difference.
My 2006 TC is wanting to blow on just the feet sometimes and have to keep pressing buttons to get it to finally blow where I want it to, it’s showing code B1264, what can I do to fix it and can I get by without removing the whole dash? Thanks anything will help!
I don't understand what those mean I would have to actually have the computer codes instead of the generic codes through the HVAC control module it's been a while since I dug into any of the flash stuff
I really don't have any idea I would have to go back to the old manuals which I don't even know where they're at right now you'd have to look on some of the panther platform forums
@@FordBossMe I had my A/C checked today, and the problem was no freon. I'm in Texas where temperatures are blazing hot since beginning of June(105-110). My A/C was working fine then the next day blowing hot air. The tech thinks the system detected pressure and released the freon. I was in a line of cars for 2 hours the day prior to A/C quitting, and tech suspects that is what caused the pressure to build and then release freon. It's blowing cold now😊2004 Lincoln Towncar

Thanks brother 🙏

I love this kind of stuff.
