How to make Easy Aloo Gobi
Cauliflower - 1 small
ginger - 1 Small Pieces
Salt( according to taste )
green chillies - 2 nos
Big onion - 2 nos ( medium )
Potato - 2 nos
Refined oil - 11/2 tbs
Caraway Seeds - 1tsp
TOMATO - 2 nos
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 3/4 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves
