You have to go way back. A whole lot of 80s and 90s DJs went to prison. I could call some names but I prefer not to because they've paid their debt to society
Teachdem I applaud your work but I believe that with the interest you have, it's important for you to have more one on one with some real elders. Dancehall started from as far back as the mid 70s but too many have forgotten how robust the 80s were. Many of the giants of the 90s like Bounty, Ninja, Beenie, capleton etc... actually started out in the 80s. Beenie was a popular DJ as a little youth in the late 70s
Teach, great investigation work and journalism. This is by far the best presentation of social journalism I have heard and seen. Continue with due diligence and your audience will increase. Great work!!!!
What a thing. Have behaviour and restraint. Sometimes heads get hot or you fall in with the WRONG CROWD, BUT, it's up to you to KNOW to walk away and have/discipline oneself from losing CONTROL. Blessings, Teach.

I have to commend you on producing this video you did a serious self examination and showed up the flaws evident in the music culture , what is really commendable about this is, you did it as a Jamaican, had a non Jamaican produce this video about these Jamaican artiste, many subscribers would be writing about how they hate Jamaican people, the truth bites sometimes, now i suggest you find other Caribbean artiste who suffer the same fate and highlight their plight also.
It is not just entertainers,Jamaicans in general are just prone to breaking and disobeying laws period! We find every and any excuse to circumvent the law hence one of the reasons for our high murder rate. Most on this list should be locked for a long time then throw away the jail keys. Bloody shame and disgusting..
